Hi everyone
I had numerous serious health issues at Christmas and Miraculously I survived, but unfortunately it has cost me my business as I have had my driving licence revoked, we exchanged our motorhome in for an automatic and my wife bravely offered to do the driving, so we are leaving our accommodation, all arranged, new tenants moving in 1st June, as I now have disabilities and no longer able to work this was organised as our best way forward life is short, this was proved to us earlier this year when I was taken I’ll, then came Coronavirus, we are now worried that we are moving into the motorhome but have nowhere to go, if there is anyone out there that has any information on anywhere that are still accepting motorhomes we would be very grateful, we are aware that this is a difficult time for everyone and we would most certainly still isolate ourselves in the motorhome just as we have been doing for the last six weeks. Any advice would be appreciated, we are in West Sussex
many thanks

Best to advise where in the UK you are.
Good luck.

I can ask the site we are on in South Leicestershire, or you could ring them yourself. Officially they are closed to new bookings though. Or did you want to stay in Sussex?

If you're in the CAMC they are open for full timers so might be worth calling them but it maybe the same as Armytwowheels says and no new bookings. You need to ring HQ to find out.

Thank you army two wheels we will certainly keep that in mind many thanks for your reply

I hope you find somewhere very soon to full time in until the travel restrictions are eased, its looking like next year earliest for foreign travel as you probably know.
The main thing is try and keep your spirits high, and stay safe and well, take as few risks as possible out there when shopping, as you have been through enough recently.
Try having a look on the Full timers thread on here, then as others have suggested ring the CMC, & The CCC to see if they can help you, dont mention renting out your flat though;)
You never know some helpful funster might be able to help you further, fingers crossed.
PS: Try E mailing The CMC customer service as they may not be fully manned during this episode.

Do you want to stay in that area
there was a really kind offer from a very kind Funster earlier if you don't mind where you are. I tried to put a link but the best I can do is show you via screen shots.

This kind offer was made by Scotch mist I don't know if someone else took it up or still available.

Alderstead Heath CMC site is open for fulltimers - not too far from West Sussex. The thread you need to read is here:
Broken Link Removed

They will ask if you can prove you are a fulltimer (apparently in case the local authority does checks). AFAIK the only ‘proof’ is to have proper fulltiming insurance.
