Welcome to Marjal Costa Blanca, nice church at San Felipe de Neri , good cafe / tapa to the left just out of the picture, doesn't open Mondays.

is the E16 fee short stay or long term?

Is that for a job interview with the new owners? :)

We are heading that way so might stop off for a couple of nights. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm not sure there is a simple answer. Where I am at the moment their website says €22 for one night, reducing down to €13 if you stay 60 nights. The ACSI price is €16 but no doubt if you were staying a long time you could get a lower rate.

The advantage for me of ACSI is you get a book and map of all their sites, covering Europe, and you can see up front what each is going to cost without having to look on the website of each site.

But if you want to go to popular places, like Ronda for example, you won't find the most convenient site in ACSI, they don't have to offer discounts to get customers!

How much do you save with an ASCI card?
Thanks
It varies but is quite easy to check, most sites in Spain are very expensive for one or two night stops.

In France some municipal sites can be as cheap or cheaper, we have stayed on two in recent nights and they are dearer than most of the ACSI sites in France and with inferior facilities.

The cost of the book and card can quite often be recovered in a couple of nights.

We are on the Lo Monte site at Torre de Horadada

Without ACSI the pitch is 17,80 euros per day with electricity extra. With the ACSI card the pitch is 16,00 euros, including 4Kwh electricity per day, plus a dog, also included

I have not found the dog yet!

Try Cafe Uno on the Main Street in Catral for 3€ full English breakfast or Harry's Bar in St Felipe at lunchtime for a full meal with wine or beer for about 10€. Plus it is 36deg today and next week is due to be hotter.
