I am not sure if this post belongs here but here go's, why can i not add smileys to my posts.
Maybe you should cheer up?:Rofl1:
Might be something set up (or not set up) n your profile
Just saw this at the bottom of the page (Posting Rules) - what does your say?
'Smilies' are small graphical images that can be used to convey an emotion or feeling. If you have used email or internet chat, you are likely familiar with the smilie concept. Certain standard strings are automatically converted into smilies. Try twisting your head on one side if you do not 'get' smilies; using a bit of imagination should reveal a face of some description.
If you want to disable smilies in a post that you make, you can select the 'Disable Smilies' option when posting. This is particularly useful if you are posting program code and you do not want converted to a smilie face!
Awe i will just have to settle for the twisting of some body parts then. oh:
I am H A P P Y now
vandam - when you prepare your post do you see, down the screen a bit, an area titled Additional Options
You need to uncheck the box that says disable smilies in text
It's happened your first smiley:Wink:
I didn't see those smilies in Vandam's post but I see them in your quote of his post RR
When a poster disables smilies in a post it is only in THEIR post, if you then quote the post but allow smilies then, voila, one smilie
Now your having a go at disabled smilies eh!oh:
I HAVE NOT A CLUE :Rofl1:
Thanks Bryan - simple (no, not me) when you think about the reason for being able to disable smilies in the first place...
Tanks all i think they work now :thumb:
:coolthumb:your maximum intake in any one dose is seven I believe:coolthumb:
THANK YOU BEEB BEEB:Laughing:
