Hi does anyone know what the nose weight is on my single axle 2011 hobby 560 excellent

If you mean the front axle weight, it should be on a plate under the bonnet. Axle 1.

Do you mean nose weight on the tow bar if it has one.?

Load the CARAVAN as if for holiday then using bathroom scales and a short length of wood put the tow cup on the scales using the wood to get it level .

That will get you a nose weight in holiday trim.
An unloaded weight is meaningless unless you intend towing it empty

About 7% of the MTPLM (Maximum Technically Permisaable Laden Mass) this should be on the plate of the caravan.
