No power in van without EHU

Morning

I have a 2019 Wildax Europa on a Renault Master
As soon as I unplug the EHU the main control panel goes black and all the power is off

i have 2 brand new leisure batteries but even when the old ones were in the main panel stayed on

i am at a loss what it maybe

hope someone can help

Maybe not relevant but our van has a 12v switch, if you turn it off there is no power!

I have just checked and it is not working with engine on either

No separate 12V switch

Always best to turn the 12v off when changing batteries,there's usually a main fuse close to the battery.

WildAx electrics are notoriously weird. Better ask on a WildAx forum. - on Facebook or join the Owners' Group and ask there.

Phone the factory ( 01422 372111) and ask for Sam in Aftersales, he is very helpful, would try at 9am if you could before he gets started on a job.

The panel was working fine after the batteries had been replaced
