No manuals and all the lettering has worn off

Hi guys,
Just bought a 1989 Swift Kon-Tiki on a 2ltr petrol Talbot Express 93k miles. (Called Dorothy)
Unfortunately the manuals are all missing and the lettering on the main control panel and fuse board panel is worn off even the heater sliders have no markings.
Lovely van but bound to be challenges ahead.
Can anybody help out
Even a thetford instruction book, a carver water heater or trauma air heater and carver gas fire handbooks

Welcome! If you post a photo of the control panel I am sure folk here may be able to offer suggestions on what the knobs and switches do. Some of the suggestions may even be relevant. . I'll have a stab......

1st pic
Left hand LEDs fresh water level
2nd row LEDs waste water level
3rd row LEDs engine battery state of charge
4th row LEDs habitation battery state of charge.
Black rocker Button lights LEDs.
Below clock.. 12v socket.. Light switch for clock.


2nd picture.
1st fuse charger
2nd fuse battery master fuse
3rd fuse battery master fuse

Anybodies guess which other fuse covers which circuit.
Quite possible each switch is attached to relevant fuse above it.
See what switch does then remove fuse to see if it stops working.
Red switch is main 230v on/off switch if your on mains hookup.


Radio....

Rotary switch To the left looks like a front/rear fader switch.
