wanted to share with you some of the latest news from Les Gets. The picture above was taken last Sunday afternoon, on the Chavannes Piste - many people were ski touring. You can see how good the skiing conditions were. Last week was the last week of the French school holidays, was quite busy despite the lifts being closed. Some were quite innovative. While ski touring, one group of around 20 people who were taken up the mountain by skidoo and they then went down on sledges. They had even arranged for the piste basher to prepare the piste just before they went down! A few tried the Biathalon, this is Nordic skiing and shooting and was a new experience.​
