    hi iam al i have been a caravaner for 15 years and now decided to buy a motorhome is this a wise move ????:thumb:

    1 trailer tent , 3 caravans and now a motorhome. 8000 miles in 7 months used every other weekend at least !! no contest,

    I went from a tent to a motorhome and missed out the middle man i.e. caravan and often wonder did I miss out , then I park up near a deserted Northumbrian beach sit back with a brew and think nah !!! dont get better than this :thumb: ::bigsmile:

    Welcome to fun nice to have another Scotsman on here:ROFLMAO:

    We started with a tent then folding camper before buying a caravan loved them all but then changed to a Mh and love it even more. Like me al you stay close to some lovely spots so again like us you will be able to use mh for days out we often drive to the beach walk the dog and have our dinner only 10m away but great feeling.

    Only real advise is take your time and make sure you get the correct lay out for you and think what and where you will be using it for.

    Hi Al, caravans are great for a the annual two week holiday, but to get away for longer, or further, or much more often; the motorhome is king:thumb:
