We should be seeking out a venue now guys.
Hows about the same place and get the fuction room?
Hey John - I like your spirit mate :thumb:
Worrying about the cost of living one minute and then arranging his jollies the next - cool.
The function room is already booked out John! Can you believe it!
If i didn't think ahead Paul I would use the gas oven
That's why I am worrying Suzy
Have to survive this New Year first John
Have a very very sick son, with infected chicken pox, blisters the size of the palm of my hand.not a great start to the new year, all started with a small spot on New years eve, thought nothing of it till the next morning, not had much sleep since
get well soon
sorry to hear about your boy hope he gets better soon look forward to meeting you again at future meets tak care things will get better
He has my deepest sympathy as I got it a second time around at 45 and was HELL
I had a whale of a time at NY and just what I needed.
Hope your son recovers speedily.
Poor little chap hope he gets well soon:thumb:
Thanks John and Ruth, and 'dylan'
He is now eventually on anti-biotics, which he does not like, nothing to do with the taste though, no, he does not like the colour, says Pink is for girls and does not want pink medicine!!!!!!! oh:
Had one bit of good news though, just sold our 32" LCD TV, hubby bought a 42" in the sales
Jammy devil and snap we have a 42 inch one too!
trouble is all our other TVs look ridiculously small nowoh:
I know John, we have little LCD TV's in the kitchen and Bedroom, they look so small
This new 42" is so big, takes a bit of getting used to. The blu-ray DVD's look awesome though
My Mum has just bought a 50/60 inch TV after selling her 32 inch Where will it end. Bigger may be better in many situations, but IMO TVs can be just too big. And once you are absorbed in the programme you may as well be watching a 14 inch portable.
I certainly would not buy bigger that 32inch, not even for Jack Bauer. Besides I quite like the pop and the white dot you get when you switch my old telly off
I was more than happy with the 32", but his money, what can I say!
I love this forum
We start of talking about next NY's venue and end up discussing TV sizes.
Does size really matter
now that really opens up a huge debate............................................
Is size important? I should coco...
...that's why we've got a 65" telly
(32"...42"...Pah! mere portables in my book!:Cool
(See pic - Branflakes just for scale...)
What all those electric gizmo's by the TV ? ain't recorder are they?
Hope copyright people ain't viewing.
I don't know !
i've got bigger telly than you
but my motorhomes bigger than yours Nah Nanna Nah nah
why can't you just be happy like me i've only got a little one
