This rally precedes the Swaffham ‘Bash’
(There is a one night gap between the two).
The price for a seven night Rally is £70
We will accept bookings of four nts. or more. There will be a small additional charge per booking ie. 4nts=£46 5nts=£54 6nts=£62 (amended)

There is no Fastest Finger First on this Rally

If you wish to attend, all you have to do is post up on this thread, Something like, ‘I’d like to come.’

Please read the below information.

Bulkington is a small town in Warwickshire close to Bedworth. The Rally site is a large lawned ‘field’ at the rear of our host’s house. It has clean water taps and a dedicated Elsan emptying point. There is a bus service right outside the site giving access to both Bulkington and Bedworth.

For a town of it’s size Bedworth is punching. It has all the usual shops including a very large Tesco’s and an Aldi supermarket. There are numerous Public Houses including a Wetherspoons and eateries including takeaways who will deliver to the site.
It has a Railway station less than a mile from the site giving access to Coventry for the Cathedral and Motor museum.


Location: Grenadier Lodge, Bedworth Road, Bulkington, Warks. CV12 9JA
The location is not a Camp Site or a Certified Location. It is a private field.


The event starts at 1.00pm Weds. 13th May 2026 ending at 11.00am Weds. 20th May 2026


The Deposit is £20, (non refundable.)

The Final Payment to be paid by
1st April 2026
8th April 2026

I will send to those Funsters wishing to attend a Direct Message, informing you of our Banking details for you to send any monies.

Direct easy access from Bedworth Road into Grenadier Lodge and on to the rear where the site is situated.

Pets: When on the Rally field, pets should be tethered on your pitch or on a short lead. Exercising should take place off site.

Generators may be used during the daytime. Please notify us in advance.
Pop up Gazebos. These will be accepted,

No Ground sheets please

There are no Toilet or Shower facilities on site. There is Black waste disposal.

Fishing; Directly opposite the Lodge on Bedworth Road are privately owned fishing lakes, (Weston Lawn). Although it is generally ‘Closed Season’, the lakes are open for business. There is also the Coventry canal, less than 300mts away. That is also open for fishing

Deposit: The Deposit of £20 is due when your name has been transferred onto the list of attendees.
When you put your name down to attend, please provide your parties first name(s) and Reg. No. of the Van

Payment:
When you get on the List of Attendees, you will receive a ‘Direct Message’ that will give information as to how to pay.

N.B. We appreciate that in a small number of cases there may be Funsters who have to cancel. The Deposit and Final Payment will be repaid if that place is filled by someone on the Reserve List. Otherwise the Deposit will be forfeited and that money will go to Charity.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
I will be accepting bookings from 'Third Parties' on this Rally but I will be wanting a deposit from them at earliest time.

Regarding Deposits.

I appreciate that I stated in the OP that I would like the deposits to be paid
at the end of the month.

Whilst that is the case in the very short term, I will not be acknowledging any payments
made until I have completed the finances for the Rally I am currently on. It would blow too
many fuses in my brain to juggle.

I hope you can understand this.
