Hi everyone,
Just to say we have been caravanning for 20 years and motorhoming for 10 years. So far our vans have both been Auto-Sleepers, a Pollensa and now a Broadway.
We love the life, the only downside is we don't do enough of it, with family commitments etc. However we intend to change all that, as both Caroline and myself are now well and truly retired. Recent long trips have been 2015 - 6 week trip to Slovenia, 2016 - 5 weeks Northern Spain and Portugal, 2017 - 5 week trip planned to west Coast of Scotland. Looking forward to have many good exchanges with likeminded folk on this forum.

Bit more detail, 'home' is Sutton Coldfield. My avatar shows a photo taken on the north west coast of the Algarve - Odeceixe. Stunning beach. Lots of cycling. Highly recommend.

We are the MH newbies, just got ours on Saturday. But all the places you have explored makes me really want to push for retirement. A few years yet, so I suppose we'll be grabbing each moment as it emerges. First plan is two months in south of Spain/Portugal to escape Jan and Feb (made me sick this year and want to avoid clients with endless bugs next year). Enjoy your retirement. Obviously you'll get to Greece before me, so when you do decide to head off there, please let me know how you get on.
