Finally got around to servicing fridge.
Not working correctly on gas so trying a clean and new jet.
Unfortunately broke gas burner whilst removing to replace jet
Oops not sure you can fix it or even if its safe to be fixed.
Think better off ordering a new one.
Expensive ove error.

Appreciate that but is it still safe to use?
It is if it will still ignite the gas but it needs replacing. My point was really that you don't need the whole burner - just the broken electrode. We might be at crossed purposes: in your pic the burner is the large metal bit into which the jet is fitted; you have broken the electrode (think spark plug) which is attached to the burner by a cross-head screw.

Its the ceramic electrode thats broken and not sure can be replaced separately.
Cannot find any for sale. One my unit I am sure would have to replace both. Canot see how you would remove one of them.
Will just order a new unit.

The electrode assembly is held on by the cross-head screw in your pic. The assembly comprises the metal electrode with its ceramic sheath, the feed wire, and the mounting bracket. That assembly isn't the burner.

Yup but cannot find a replacement separately only the entire unit

Looks like the regulars are out of stock anyway and it's quite an early model (they last longest👍). You are probably right to buy the whole thing.
