New 9 speed Fiat Ducato automatic gearbox

Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our current motorhome and are considering moving from a manual to this new speed box.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Love it, so much better than the comfortmatic. Done 1000 miles in the last couple of weeks, all sort of roads, faultless.

Find the torque converter 9 speed, much smoother and more pleasing than the old comfortmatic box. However would swop neither for a manual. Too much strain on the left leg in slow traffic.

I’ve had 2 comformattic ( they were ok ) now on the zf9 , what a delight to drive , get it you won’t regret it

Ours is very smooth, so far and always seems to be in the right gear.

It's fast, it's efficient, it's easy to use and it appears that it's reliable. Only downside is it adds £3-4k to the cost of the van.
