It’s lovely in Denmark and Sweden around that time we did right up to Finland through both starting mid April and spent thirteen weeks doing it back in 2017 we had a great time you won’t regret it. Go for it

Shiftzzz is off to Thailand business class, now that would make a nice change from mainland Europe. The US is another destination with plenty of variety.

Croatia, if you don't class it as mainland Europe? I like the run down there as well. France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria/Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and possibly further? Maybe keep going to Greece?

Greece and its islands.

We took our MH to my favourite island last year for several weeks. Do not ask which.

We have just been to another Greek island, but not with MH and it is now way down on my list, but we just needed a break for family reasons.

You have to do your research - I did over 40 years of island-hopping and cruising with my boat.

Suggested Turkey, but he is concerned about the borders, loved it when we holidayed there too.

Will we need winter tyres? Will need to look at the trips documented on here, am worried about the cost, but it may well keep us off the booze

We toured Scandinavia earlier this year, set off on 14th May for 33 days Holland, Germany Denmark, Norway, Sweden Denmark, Germany, Holland and home. Here is a break down of costs. The ferry costs included the GB to Holland we thought this was quite a reasonable cost for a wonderful holiday We got up to to the Atlantic Ocean Road then went east to Sweden Some snow on the higher parts of the route but roads were fine Would thoroughly recommended

Wow thanks for that, looks like a lovely trip, couldn't get a decent cruise for 1 for the cost of your trip, so possibly not as bad as I feared.
Were you checked for food and alcohol at the borders?
