Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but in case not, a heads-up:

Wednesday 23 February - 8 pm, Channel 5 - Today at the Caravan Show - Part one of two. Highlights from the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC Birmingham

Testing a small and impressive caravan, and learning how to make the most of a confined kitchen. Heading to the Spanish countryside to see if an expensive motorhome can handle the rough terrain.

Thursday 24 February - 8 pm, Channel 5 - Today at the Caravan Show - Part two of two. How a luxurious caravan is constructed

Bumping to add the link on the Channel 5 website for the first programme on Wednesday, which has just been listed today:

I do believe a Top Gear team did they wandered off road with a range of caravans including the go pod. Clearly making Ruts off road is not a good thing for the Enviroment but makes what some believe to be good TV

Set my machine to record, but I wonder how much will be 'Today at the Caravan Show', and how much 'let's mess about in Spain' and similar clips. I'd like to see what's actually AT the show, and not just two or three items which are then featured at length. So I'm hoping for the best. :sneaky:
It may be, again, that MH YouTubers will actually produce better videos of 'what's at the show', but we'll have to wait and see.

Must admit, I also have suspicions about how much will genuinely be focused specifically on what's at the show.

But hey, I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt until I've watched the programme(s)... ;) (y)

Not seen any Motorhomes yet. Missed the first 10 minutes mind.

Poor show. Apart from the extremely annoying male presenter, the content was largely of interest to the minority of viewers eg tiny caravans,£200k to 300k motorhomes, blow up chairs that will blow away in the wind. No advice about how to chose which van or why you might have a caravan not a Moho etc etc

Not sure what the aim of the programme was, we thought it was a load of twaddle. Needed to show some real people looking to buy a unit and/or kit. They where showing anywhere but the NEC, 5 halls of stuff and most of it was filmed elsewhere. Not be watching anymore.

Interesting to see inside the expensive motor homes. Thought the interior of the Franki was much more comfortable looking than the cramped lounge of the mortelo especially as it was £100,000 more.
Did you notice the horse shit on the sole of the guys shoe when he was lying on the bed.
Seemed to be padding out programme to fill the time
