I had our belt and tensioners replaced £250

But that’s A fiat with the Iveco engine. The water pump is a big job to change.

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Our local Fiat dealer charges about £850, Fiat don't recommend changing the water pump it gets expensive if you want that changed.

I had my 2003 Ducato 2.8JTD done last year .. full service, MOT and cam belt £760

Note.. on the 2.8JTD engine, ( so I was informed by the garage) the water pump is not driven by the cam-belt and is not routinely changed with the belt, unless leaking ..

Due to access restrictions, , A Class can be more expensive ..
