Not sure if this has been posted, but the Spanish news site SUR reported yesterday: Thirty Motorhomes evicted for being illegally camped on the Costa del Sol

Action was demanded by residents and businesses in the Los Alamos area of Torremolinos.

It is claimed they presented a health risk.

On a positive note, it says the Council has started conversations with groups and private companies interested in providing spaces in the town that comply with the regulations and allow people to camp within the law.

Hi
A SUPER FREE parking area just half Km south
of the main beach at Praia de Mira has been closed. When we first used it 9 years ago it was pristine,we watched it change so that it had become so bad i used to have to walk the dog off the area on Last Walkies. People had not bothered to even take their " waste" up into the dunes to bury it,just dumped their cassettes along the edge of the area. There is one Health Hazard.
To be fair,we only saw two UK reg vans there in all that time.
