Ok so We're currently in littlehampton and want to go and see Brighton tomorrow but it seems parking the moho 6m length may be a problem?
So was hoping some of you guys can help us at short notice with suitable spots
Just need 3 or 4 hrs to mooch about with swmbo and the dog so needs to be close to or on the seafront

Hope you can help!

I spent a few years working around the area and use to go down for a bit of lunch some days.
The parking bays are long ways and I don’t think they are marked for length.
You will be minutes from the pier and main shops.

Forgot to say it’s spitting distance from the beach..

a bit further out but motorhomes parked in hove street when we were there in november

We are at Brighton CMC site as we speak and yesterday plenty of MHs parked along
Madeira Drive, Brighton which is right next to the beach. Parking charges apply and there were a couple of MHs well over 6m.

Brighton HATES all motor vehicles an Motorhomes are top of the list as they all belong to (******) travellers don’t they. Be really careful.

Lots of MHs parked along the sea front when we were there just before Christmas. There were also a couple parked on the road leading to the CMC site. They were staying overnight without problems from what we could see. Almost certainly very different when it gets warmer. :)

Like others have said, along the sea front road or the road leading up to the CMC site. There is also a large ASDA car park in the Marina. I have raked there to shop, but not left it for 3 or 4 hours. I think they would let you if you asked though

Big car park with free daytime MoHo parking between Pier and Marina below the Volks railway. We scoped it out a few weeks ago.Only a few parked up but some clearly there for several days.X

Many thanks for all the help folks got a good few hours in Brighton
Parked on Madeira drive 15 min walk tops into Brighton (y)

I park on the front at Brighton regularly.

On Madeira Drive between the Pier and Duke's Mound there can be a lot of traffic in the night. Boy racers too.

So go past Duke's Mound and past the pumping station/toilets shown in DBK's photo (post#7).

That is where the coaches park. Think it is free between 8pm and 10 am. Muh much quieter than Madeira Drive by the pier. It's also a very short walk to the marina.

If you arrive early in town you can always get 2 hours free parking outside ASDA at the Marina. Cheap fuel there too. They have a Weatherspoons in the Marina too.

I thought the parking along Maderia? drive was for Buses ONLY?. I know I used to take "tacho" time out down there and was never "molested". But the markings appeared to be Buses Only.

We stopped at the park and ride and caught the bus in for the day I can't remember the cost but not a lot. We also stayed the night FOC - next to pub and restaurant.
