good innit in this weather 
you can do a similar thing with camp mode and change the temp and a few other things.
You could do it in your MH if you had the same size batteries as in your tesla

It’s immense - I walked the dog and then got back into a lovely cool car. Good job or I would be stuck to the pleather seats….like in the 70’s!

you could always use the tesla camping kit for the car
A friend does have one believe it or not for his Model X, and used it a few times with his kids to "camp out" under the stars with the glass roof.
heating on, wifi on, games played, sleep, what more does a kid want ........
