Trying bigger cuts to make larger zig-zags. Seems to work. Bit bigger chopping board. This one will be a house warming gift for a friend so I better make a bread knife to go with it......

Can you post a pic of the breadknife when you’ve made it? I can’t imagine how you make one.

You get whole wheat bread, grill it for two days. Hammer it a bit. Grill for another two days then polish it.

Pictures will be forth coming but you take some spring steel and heat it until red in your forge, then beat the living daylights out of it on your anvil until it is knife shaped. Then there is a lot of filling and polishing until you make the handle and fit it all together.

Exhibit A..... a Skean Dhu I made for the Kicking Donkey Pub's Burn's Night.
