Hi all, is Mojacar a snow bird favourite? Are there likely to be spaces on sites in March? Thinking of Pueblo rather than Playa.
Thanks for your help.

Very much worth a visit. We staid just south, over the hill but on the cost cant remember name of site but think it was Camping Cueva Negra

VERY worth it. If you go around Mojacar village (not playa) there is a large carpark at the back for coaches/motorhomes. Park there, walk uphill to the mini roundabout and turn left, against the one way system, and in 100 yards on your right there is a lift to take you up to the upper level. Once there, there are lots of tiny little streets to wander round with the usual tourist shops to browse. Great church, lots of cafes, one of which is on a terrace with AMAZING views across to the sea. Good "del dia" for 10e.
Will definitely visit again next time we're down there.

Thanks for that info, sounds just the kind of thing we like.
Do you know if the campsites around are busy in March!

If you want a campsite by the Pueblo camping El Quinto is the one. A uphill walk into Mojacar plus a bus stop just down the road to the Playa every half hour €1.20.

Thanks so much. We’ll look forward to seeing this lovely sounding place.
