Mobile wifi data card in Spain. (1 Viewer)

Hi. Can anyone recommend A preloaded data card which works well for mobile wifi in Spain. We have bought Vodaphone data cards in France which work well.
Alternatively, can anyone suggest a card that can be bought in the UK for the same purpose.

Best SIM card for Europe

A couple of weeks time we are off to France, Spain and Portugal for 6 weeks. What is flavour of the month for a SIM card deal for roaming using my Huawei Mifi unit attached to a 4G roof aerial? We are not users of huge amounts of data, but will need more than the 12Gb per month roaming...

Find a shop that deals with phones in Spain and they will do a Vodafone data card with various amounts of data for various amounts of euros, if I remember rightly 100gb for 20-30 euros a month..

We use Popit and it works well for us in France and Spain. 100gb for £25 a month. The beauty of this for us is that we can put it on hold for a £1 a month until needed again. UK company and easy to set up and to communicate with.

The advantage is once you have used up the bundle (100GB for a month) you can buy another one. Seems to be based on the EE network.

Vodafone I was told. It's been running between Yoigo and Movistar since I got it early Feb.

That's the tariff I use....
What needs to be taken into account is does the provider you sign up to provide coverage where you are or expect to be...myself and jumartoo have different service providers for that reason....

We live the winter in Spain and use Tiecom.......300 odd gb for 40 odd euro. Works well and is fully mobile with use in most of europe I believe should you be venturing about.......we use it while driving to and from Spain to the UK and elsewhere as needs be......plus it easily streams TV often two differing channels at the same time......

Just rock up to any shop when you get to Spain with your Passport and you can buy a monthly Sim Card. As others have said Lebara do a 50GB + 50GB for free for €15 a month or 100GB + 50GB for free for €20. Both deals include 2000 minutes of National and International Calls and 100SMS. If you renew by adding credit before your 28 days expire and have credit to auto renew your unused data rolls over to the next month. Great service and great reception.
I use it for the call allowance and data when away from the Motorhome, as we have Starlink in the Motorhome.
The Lebara Spanish website has the option to view in both Spanish and English .

Idmobile unlimited @ £15 with NordVPN been in Spain since 20 Jan. Usage 286gb on WhatsApp video, Netflix and all the steaming services on 6 devices to date. To me a no brainer, used same deal in Norway last year with no problems.

I looked at idmobile, but read the T&Cs’ which read as if the roaming limit is 30GB a month, are there some other packages which I’m not seeing?

No they are not! I have been using a Tiekom data sim 400GB since November in France/Spain/portugal back into Spain and now in France, working like a charm,
400 GB in Spain and 200 GB in the rest of Europe including the UK

Unfortunately, I must advise you that we have this service "freeze" since 1st April due to same changes about international roaming policy of our current supplier (Vodafone). We sent a mail last week to all our clients to inform about this issue.

This sim card will give you 300 GB but only in Spain.

We have informed all our clients the same day we noticed that Vodafone changed the rules.

Enjoy your film, I don’t disbelieve you and I’m not calling what you state into question. I was just questioning if you had some other package than what is advertised on their website, which does state roaming limit of 30GB .
