Meeting with other Funsters

Well today I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow Funster who had bought some new tyres from me after my upgrade, what an absolute pleasure it was, we chatted for a good 45 minutes and I had the opportunity to see what a REAL motorhomer was like, this was one well specced self sufficient mile munching machine, everything in its place and ready for anything, even a wetsuit for snorkelling.

So to this Funster a HUGE thanks, you have inspired me with some of your adventures we spoke about, you have a lovely van and I wish you well on your next trip Most importantly you have shown me that there are some great positive people on this forum.

Have you checked that there isn’t some form of magnet in your back pocket? You seem to have some form of attraction to a minority.

Get yourself along to a meet and you’ll find out that the community covers the full spectrum of society.

596 get yourself to some of the meets?. Having been caravanners for many years I never thought it was something I'd enjoy but it's great, meeting folks from all walks of life.

Yes, perhaps it’s been edited for him to remove the provocative text. If that’s the case you’d have thought that 596 would have noted the change in his earlier response. Perhaps not.

If posts are edited, then that should remain private to the op. I have often edited my posts to correct spelling etc and just to change the tone, in hindsight. We all edit, so let's leave it there.

I agree and wasn’t suggesting that Jim should reveal anything, only that it had been edited.
