Maxview satellite TV

Going through my problems in order of priority...

Original error was error RF so I paired the two control boxes and it went away

Now it's error AZ.

I saw it working about a month ago so I'm pretty sure it's user error

Any ideas please?

Got this off Maxview web site

The movement of the motors has not be detected. With the power switched off, check all cable connection points behind the control box and if possible underneath the main unit.
