I've just got a Level Five quote for my 22 year old vehicle of just £142. Anyone see any reason not to accept it? :giggle:

PS. It is insured with SAGA at sensible money but they don't do breakdown cover for older vehicles.

It's a shame they don't do breakdown as I've always found for motorhomes a combined insurance/breakdown cover is cheaper than doing it individually.

I think it's expensive just for breakdown cover for one year.

I've bought it now. The RAC wanted £299!

Don’t they have a limit on the vehicle size?

I have their Personal Cover that provides UK cover for any vehicle that I drive and overseas cover for my nominated Lead Vehicle. However, when I first took this cover out the overseas cover had a vehicle size limit. Consequently I take out separate cover for the MH for overseas trips and I nominate one of my motorcyles as the lead vehicle for my foreign bike trips.

Under the limit. Just this once I'm happy that mine is smaller than yours!

Not if you have RAC arrival via C&CC, don't think you need to be a member. we used that for the last van, but have a 3.5 now so have changed provider.

I’ve just taken out insurance including UK and European breakdown With LV= total was £412.92 of which breakdown was £100.32. Very happy with that considering Safeguard wanted £702 after haggling from over£900😊

We ordered RAC Arrival, at £299.00, but Lockdown arrived before the policy start date and we cancelled it for a full refund. Somehow we kept the free CCC Membership! :giggle:
