Help please! Here on the Outer Hebrides and have a gas issue. We have a 2 cylinder gas it LPG system. Have been using one cylinder at a time and looks like our first cylinder is empty (sounds hollow when we tap it!) The second cylinder appears full (dull sound to tap and heavy). Green light is on both above the truma dual control above the cylinders and on the dash inside the moHome but as soon as we try to use the gas it goes red and cuts out - any ideas? I have turned the dial to point at the second cylinder and closed the brass “tap” on the first?

As already mentioned you might need to reset your regulator.
Press the green button in if you have it but use a key or pencil to push in all the way , hold in for 5 seconds and then slowly release.
You may also have rupture protection hoses which will also have a reset button on them ?
Post a picture of your installation if you can 👍

Do you have a small green button on the regulator if so pres it and hold for 10 seconds or so
Many thanks Michael had tried that for 5 seconds but have tried again for a full 30 seconds and it may have done the trick - have had the heating working on gas input and one of the cooker rings on for a couple of minutes and the light has remained green
