Is there a product available in Europe that works like the Hughes Autoformer> It monitors voltage from the mains and boost it up to 10% if it gets too low. Any info is appreciated.

There are loads of voltage stabilisers avalible from cheap junk to professional units costing thousands. To get something reliable you are going to need to spend a few hundred quid.
