Brings back memories…we lived in Mallorca Franco era, dad got a Bedford camper van and we loved it. 3 forward gears and lots to explore as youngsters. We crossed over the Pyrenees one winter to go back to the Uk and cars all around us were skidding and sliding due to the ice and snow. Mum yelled ‘jump up and down kids…’ we did with much excitement and got up the roads without getting stuck!
