Loo flush question

Hi all we have one of the new Thetford porcelain toilets in our new Niesmann, the flush goes both ways from the rear but it only gets 3/4 of the way round on each side and the front is never washed.
I’ve had a look around the water system by the toilet but there doesn’t seem to be any adjustments ore pressure reducer.
Does anyone have one of these and is it the same?

I spent a long time wondering why I had a similar problem on my new Adria PVC ….and eventually realised the water pump just wasn’t up to the job so fitted one with more oomph. It benefitted the shower as well

Pretty normal I think, our Dometic one is hardly a jet wash and a squirty bottle of cleaner help now and again.
