So, just back from a week+ in Scotland (great time) and in the meantime the 300ah Lithium Battery arrrived, it's sat here in it's box and Im wondering about charging? Bear with me.

Basically Im wondering about not fitting it yet and what charger I should put it on to maintain it as the one solar panel I have won't do it this time of year? Anyone got any suggestions?

One of the advantages of Lithium is you don't need to worry about keeping it at certain levels of charge to maintain it.

Most say that for storage a charge of 60% to 80% is optimum. But, it really won't matter if it is at 10% or 100%.

On that basis don't worry about charge until you are ready to fit it, and then use the charging systems in the vehicle.
