I just want a beach .

one to park on , just me the wife and the boys (dogs) , no one else around , a clear dark sky and the sound of the waves. Maybe one I can start a camp fire on, get out the camp chairs and watch the stars .

maybe a hotdog and a nice glass of scotch .

Yep

that’ll do

Weston shire would be ok - as long as the teenagers would bugger off

Where’s that ?

Welsh Wales.
Been a few funster rallies there.
Never been but still on our list....

7m ok ? Font of all beach knowledge ?

I think you will find a lot sites in Wales closed at the moment.
You also need to be careful driving onto the beach which can be done at a number of beaches in Wales.
The sand can be soft and easily trap you.
Min y don at Harlech is open I think and is a great site and close to the beach.
It has probably the niceest toilet block I've seen, think underfloor heating and piped music, also super clean.

Good choice... Ship the van out to Fraser island, you'll have 75 miles of beach to roam on.

Oxwich Bay Gower

the trouble is that nowadays as soon as you pull up on a beach the locals take interest, nothing major just curtain twitching.........light a fire and the emergency services will arrive within minutes as they have been told by locals that a stolen motorhome has been set alight
the access to secluded beaches can be quite difficult this time of year
shell island is magical when its not busy
there are quite a few quiet car parks next to beaches but the people who use them dont want to advertise them so that they are kept quiet and not ruined....a perfect example is porthcurno, it used to be good for overnighting then people took the mick and now overnight parking is not allowed :(

This one is nice as the sun sets. Punta Braccetto, Ragusa, Sicily. :)

Pembrey a country park in South Wales has a beautiful beach, it’s massive, never seen anyone on it when I’ve been on it(not high season). However, it would need to be a car park just over the dunes. Don’t know the policy of overnight parking though.

maybe a hotdog and a nice glass of scotch .
Poor dogs, why do you want to eat them?

I like Hayling Island, but you can't park campers overnight, and you can;t light fires. If you want to go naked, then you can try Eastney, near Portsmouth. You have to put up with the clothed women dog walkers looking at you, or not looking in my case.

Tranquility bay, nobody will disturb you. But not much atmosphere

Dohh.. Its tranquility base not bay.. Move along nothing to see..?

I'd Google Church Bay it will give you a idea of the area, lots of lanes in Anglesey.
They are not lanes, they were Anglesey's Major artery before the A55 ????

Where I live...

As a noob, needing only to stroll across the road, I have not actually used these facilities in a MH, so DYOR....
