Leisure batteries

If you are leaving your motorhome in storage for 3 months is it best to fully charge the leisure batteries then disconnect them or leave them connected and let the solar panel keep them topped up.

If your solar panels are not shaded and large enough then yes, leave connected.
Initially we had 150w panel. This charged leisure and trickle charged engine. It was not enough to keep engine batt up with tracker and alarm drains unattended in winter. Leisure batts were ok.
Installed another 100watt panel, total 250w and we have been fine since.
In low solar output situations mppt controllers will get more into the batteries but cost more.

We have 2 leisure batteries 110 amp each and a solar panel 100amp if I disconnect the leisure batteries all the power should go to the cab battery I think

It will depend on what kind of solar controller you have. Not all are connected to the starter battery
