Kings Fishbar in Broadway Parade, Brighton Road are the best in the area and Farmhouse Pizza are very good also in the Broadway, 200yds from my house.

No, pi, za place does deliveries but not the chippy.
It's only a mile from the site. Bus every 12min if you are lucky.

Bus on the Brighton road No. 700 every 12 min to Brighton or Worthing. Goes down to 25 min in the evening and then 1 an hour after 11pm.
Bus stop is 5 min walk from site.
