Motorhome since 2014, Caravan previously.
Having just purchased a brand new Adria Matrix 670DC we were surprised to find (or rather not find) a toilet roll holder in the loo.
How random is that for such a high spec. motorhome!

Perhaps you’re not meant to use paper……..? ;)

Don't know, but there is a separate mini shower cum sink that is very useful for washing my socks and smalls ... :dance2:Wonderful rinsing action ...

Steve
I’m not sure anyone wants a “cum sink”. That’s just wrong.

Is there a slot in a cupboard door in the bathroom.
Our Burstner has a basket behind it for the loo roll

The sinks are so small water gets splashed everywhere so it would just get wet. We keep ours in the cupboard, easily reachable when on the job.

Our Globecar summit prime had no loo roll holder either. And Cupboard not deep enough to store a spare. We now have two holders with suction cups - one for on use roll and one for spare!

Does it have an external shower connection? Wonderfully bracing early in the morning😁.

Our loo roll holder is inside the cupboard under the basin, was in the last van too.

Carthago style

The toilet roll holder on ours is fine until you put a toilet roll on, then the seat won't go up !

Often wondered if motorhome designers have ever actually motorhomer 🙄
But, if you remove the t.roll 'on the way up', and replace it when the seat is raised, it won't close with a bang unexpectedly ... I prefer to remove the bog roll and place it in the bathroom cabinet. The proximity of the handbasin in our bijou pied a terre means the bog roll on the holder invariably gets a tad damp from hand washing and the discovery is is usually made too late ... It i, however, quicker to get to the bottom of the issue, as it were, via the sodden tissue ...

The toilet roll holder in our Carthago is located in the small cubby behind the toilet, stupid place as you'd need to be a contortionist to get at it whilst sat on the loo! I tried to remove it but someone had rounded the fixing heads when installing it so I put my own up to the left of the loo at seated shoulder height where it is easily grabbed.

We have a holder in our van but the larger size rolls that are sold these days are too big for it until half used.
Sure it's not kitchen roll your using 🙃

At least it means a 'happy ending' every time you use it.

Wasn't there an escort in the news who used a motorhome for 'social undistancing' events ... Perhaps she also had such a sink?

Perhaps it's not a high enough spec to include a toilet roll holder?

We joust bought a new Chic C line. We have a loo roll holder and space for a spare roll..
BUT UNBELIEVABLY....
No place to hang a bath towel in the compact bathroom, a towel rail to hold a hand towel above the loo no use..
Gets better No place at all for 2 tea towels in the Kitchen..!!!!!!.
Loo rolls in a cupboard I could live with..
But towels come on.
On to Amazon hanging hooks for the shower.. Sticky hooks on the kitchen drawers.
Don't stick anything on the wood grain film. It's micro thin, marks ridiculously easy..
Lovely MH though after our 17 year old Chausson. 😀

Our Burstner Nexxo, has a built in loo roll holder and storage for many more beside it. A bit over the top but its there.
Our previous van a Hobby did not have one, so we kept the roll on a shower ledge, often got a very soggy boggie roll, when we forgot to move it.

Our loo roll holder was in a bag of bits and bobs (towel hooks etc.) in a drawer. The sales guy said that they deliberately didn't drill holes for them as the positioning / height was such a personal choice thing. I almost believed him!

The HymerCar has hooks for towels in the bathroom and ability for 2 x T towels it’s only a 5.4 metre PVC so these things can be done ✅

Perhaps it was on the endless « Extras » list!
