The vet will allow that, in fact he sometimes does it himself. He's also quite good at pushing it down the back of their throat.
Th vet gets quite busy, bearing in mind it's a satellite office and the vet isn't there all the time. If you've got access to the internet, it would be best to make an appointment in advance. I use Google translate and sometimes get a reply in English. Email address is clinvetcedre@hotmail.fr.
Entry to aire is easy, but you must make sure your front wheels are in the marked area close to the barrier, and don't lose your ticket, you need it to get out.
If you have trouble getting a suitable appointment, they have a branch up the road about 15 km at Bourg-Achard

Have you used the Vet at that location ?
Was it the same price as Maillaraye ?
Sounds great, but our dog simply won’t take anything (voluntarily) in a Vets. Probably due to years of experience.I was at the La Mailleraye vet last Friday and I always take the worming “kit” in my handbag.
One plastic container with 3 or 4 strips of soft brown bread buttered and suitably spread with duck pâte.
Required amount of Drontal tablets still in their foil packet as the vet has to note expiry date etc.
One teaspoon for crushing said tablets on lid of plastic box.Dip the bread into the tablet.Job done.
Daisy then gobbles it all down and licks the floor afterwards.
Here now! 12 or so vans...
