In this ever moving world, we have kept our options openā€¦.and have booked

1) ferry from Portsmouth on December 28 th to Santander , for Spain and maybe Morocco if the ferries run.

2) ferry from Hull to Europoort on 27th December , to catch the sete ferry or Greece and Turkey

3) Ferry from sete to Tangierā€™s on 31st December

Who knows, but Greece and Turkey are looking promising, have motorhome and travel.

The stricter the rules, the safer we feel .

If not January and February in Filey could be ok.

Donā€™t worry, plenty of space on the Hull to Europoort sailing on the 27th December, and loads of space on the Sete to Tangier crossing on the 31st December, as for my crossing to Santander, Iā€™m using my credit note from last January. šŸ‘šŸššŸ‡²šŸ‡¦šŸ‡¬šŸ‡·

I was booked on the same crossing, but the problem of getting a PCR test on Xmas day did it for me, I've delayed until February.

Iā€™m not aware of a need to do a PCR test for Spain, unless of course one is unvaccinated, maybe Iā€™m wrong šŸ¤ž

No wonder crossings seem full šŸ˜Š , priceā€™s rise with supply & demand , so someone else may pay the price for your multi bookings šŸ¤•

There is no requirement for a test? Double/triple jabbed only + health form

as above there is't. Now only fully vaccinated (over 12 years of age) allowed in. no unvaccinated but with a negative test or recovered from covid allowed in. vaccinated or no entry

Thatā€™s what pi**es me off about the CMC booking system, people in Jan booking up pitches they ā€œmightā€ want to go too for the whole year and when I want to book a week or so before hand it shows them full but their not, just full of ghost bookings. A mandatory 25% deposit would stop it in my view.
