Aaaaghhh! We're going to start heading north middle of next week.......will be going through the Peak District, then Yorkshire before heading home. We spent a few days at Chatsworth in early December and it was freezing.

Currently on the CC site at Brighton and it's wet and windy.

Sedge what's it like in Bedworth now da Daughter supposed to be coming North early tomorrow morning with grandchildren

none in portugal, just a little chilly this evening

Oh god!

Here we go! We will drive home all the way from the Alps to Calais on clear roads and mayhem will ensue from Folkstone onwards!
As per usual - we just can't cope with it can we:xrofl:

Started just under an hour ago and it's white over and HUGE flakes:clap2:

still sleety here in Sheffield East but temperature has dropped from 4 to 1 degC

Oh well - it's stopped and the roads are clear anyway. We live on a main road - think it's a B road but a bus route except don't think there are any today LOL and the white actually stops halfway across the pavement, and then it's just normal road coloured LOL

It's not enough to stop anyone going out TBH - but you'd beed waterproof footwear if you had to walk anywhere, cos I expect it would just turn to slush - enough to wreck your shoes and wet your socks, but not to physically STOP anything.

It seems to be freezing now so suggest she has a look at what the RAC are saying tomorrow morning.

Snowing in our part of manchester, garden covered, dont know if it will last.

Thick flakes in Leicestershire. Hope it doesn't freeze tonight
