Here we go! We will drive home all the way from the Alps to Calais on clear roads and mayhem will ensue from Folkstone onwards!

Not in Dover YET it is due to miss us but a bit further North and there it will be, but you have got your winter tyres on haven't you?
I bought a Snowplough from Poland and it hasn't snowed here since. But that's life, I really want to use it this year just to get the flashing light going.

Yep, our lad is trying to get home from Shirebrook, that was over an hour ago....A60 is never good, we're in Kirkby.

Topical left our snow chains in the UK, still we should not laugh, last time one of our daughters came to Spain, she was stuck here because it came to a stand still, no flights no cabs no busses and no electric and a little bit of snow.
And she is coming out mid January. Bob.

Yes must admit I'm a tad concerned that when our son does get back there's not a lot of room to turn into our drive as the mh is parked there and we are on a hill so it's always a nailbiter in the snow

Aaaaghhh! We're going to start heading north middle of next week.......will be going through the Peak District, then Yorkshire before heading home. We spent a few days at Chatsworth in early December and it was freezing.

Currently on the CC site at Brighton and it's wet and windy.

If you have to think twice about going out or think you need a 4x4 you probably should stay home except in emergency.
