Hello fellow Funsters from North Yorkshire There seems to be an influx of Yorkshie based folk joining MHF recently, so I hope a couple more won't be a problem! To be fair, we are only plastic Yorkies really, my partner Judy is originally from County Durham, and I am from, ahem........the right side of the Pennines.
Having previously been tuggers for many years, and then venturing completely off piste for a couple of years, via a boat (for boat see 'hole in the water into which you keep pouring money' ), last year we eventually saw sense and stumped up for a MH. We have now had a couple of seasons for us to get to know her, and we love her.
We are now feeling that it's about time that we are a bit more adventurous, and head over the Channel to Le France, so any advice on the subject grateful received. Also, for our sins, we are the proud owners of a 3 year old Border Terrier (Freddie), so any advice on taking pets abroad most welcome.
We will be keeping a close eye on the forums and on the lookout for rallies planned overseas, as we would like to join in the fun with like minded folks, so if anybody knows of any such rallies, then please do point us in the right direction.
Anyway, that's enough waffle for now. I'm off t'feed me ferrits and walk me Wippits....bye eck. Happy Funstering!
