I was last here about a month ago and there was a caravan parked up with all blinds closed. Just passed again today and it's still there so maybe that's the reason the signs are up.

If there isn't a notice giving sanction, (ie If you do ??? you will be subject to a penalty of ???) Can the notice be enforced?

That's not enforcing anything.
It's called, 'Vehicle interference' and that is punishable at law..

Not sure who owns it. I always thought it was for a block of flats that hasn't been built yet. Locals have always used it as a car park for the beach as far as I know.

I was there for a few days during the heatwave a month or so ago and there were a few folk moaning at the vans as there was no space. But there wouldn't be any space even if the vans weren't there as more cars would just take them.

It was never stupidly busy with vans either. 6 at the most I'd say. With most only staying over night.

I might still use it occasionally as it is a perfect spot. I'll report back any consequences.

Cmon chief thons an £8.99 sign aff ebay with absolutely zero legal backing unless you are causing an obstruction ie blocking a gate or access . Ignore it

See if it were me, and I lived closer I would buy and erect this sign and look for a response.

Amazing that our hobby has now become so popular due to the Internet that all our favourite spots are ending up like this due to overuse and people leaving more than just footprints

The sign may have been erected by a MHomer who could not find a spot to park on one visit.

So he wants to be sure of a parking spot next time.
