It was reported as brake failure. It must have been combined with a jammed throttle and a V8 from the look of it

Ignition off and handbrake would be the obvious.
He wasn’t looking to slow down in my view, for whatever reason

With the ramp at that angle I am surprised it did not stop dead at the ramp.
