all our supermarkets have just erected height barriers to keep motor homes out

The local Leclerc in Riantec has parking and water and dump point foc . Room for about a dozen vans. Handy but the view is much better at Locmiquelic or Locmarlo (€12 including electricity)

Hi.
Two Intermarche s/stores with Fresh water.grey dump, fuel and laundry. First.. Intermarche Santa Comba Dao Off the IP3. Second. Mira, just inland about a mile from Praia de Mira. Bottled gas at both.
I think Intermarche at Tabua has water/toilet dump near the fuel pumps, will check for laundry.
Parking.... PLENTY of room, don't know about overnighting, however, you dont have to go far to find a spot .

NO barriers here in the friendly north. Went to Morrisons today for weekly shop and there was a moho parked up doing his laundry in the machines in the car park.
Couldn't agree more. Morrisons seem very motorhome friendly - ample parking, LPG, and washing machines. Just need a tap and disposal areas so they can have a 5* !
Just hope their new owners dont change this.

No but ours has a ANPR camera and if you stay longer than 2hrs you'll be fined ..same as our Lidl, Waitrose. ..and Asda I think 👎🏼
understand that, our Morrison’s has no barriers and staff have told me that the car park is not monitored as proved by at least 10 spaces filled every day by workers in Todmorden town centre. I was disappointed to see that a tatty self build (not being snobbish, it was a shed) let a couple of bags of rubbish in the bushes behind where he was parked for 3 days On the car park.

Yep same here...there was the most smashed up battered coach-built parked in Halfords carpark for weeks without moving..think it even had cardboard over a broken window.
All there outdoor belongings were stashed underneath to give them more room inside.!
Gone now but only a matter of time before the cameras or barriers ..

There is a 'van life ' van who stays in Tesco...not permanent but often...never see any mess though.
but if I notice it when I drive by I'm sure someone from the stores will..

They never think past the Rest of the day never the long term !

I would love to see supermarkets having an area set aside for motorhomes.. would make it so much easier to tour the UK..

The only way to stop dirt bags is to fine them for over staying...
crush their vehicles if they don't pay

Used to happen at Lidl in Taunton, which in all honesty is a tiny car park with a pay & display next to it, so they had to bring in restrictions.
