Insurance payouts (1 Viewer)

We are often quick to comment at the point where we are setting up insurance but I never seem to read anything about which companies pay out fairly and in a straightforward way. I realise that every claim is different, but surely not all co's are bad.
Is it a case of you pay your premium and hope for the best?
Is there some sort of non disclosure clause built into these payouts?

Well last year I was with AXA via Lifesure had been on and off with them through the years.
So July last year had a prang to avoid a multiple pile-up hit no one else so self claim
Uneconomical to repair ,plastic skirts along the o/s
All done and dusted within 3 weeks and with an offer more than I anticipated and a payout I couldn't argue with .

Last claim through Aviva sorted - and renewal actually went down!

Aviva currently handling another claim (not my fault)......................... lets see

A lot of companies use Aviva (Comfort for one)
