Most of us are quick to complain when the service we receive falls below our expectations, but sadly only rarely is a pat on the back administered publicly.
I required some replacement screws to attach the mounting bracket to the rear of my Avtex television. Yesterday morning I posted an enquiry on the Avtex website, within 5 minutes I had a reply by e-mail referring me to their spares department.
At 10 o'clock this morning a package arrived with the parts requested. Free of charge!
