Good luck on recovery, I used a rugby ball to put under knee and ankle doing the stretching exercise a d walked a little further each day (y)
Take it easy

Thanks all. The operation was technically complex due to the calcification around the knee and it took twice as long as it should have. They had to be evasive into areas they wouldnt normally have to be. Supporting structures such as ligaments tendons etc were all impacted on such was the damage. BUT the consultant said it went well despite that and i should have a full recovery! So once again, thanks for the kind remarks and funny comments. Best wishes to all.

Was on my bike within 4 weeks,,walked 12 miles at 6 weeks. Work it dont rest it..BUSBY.

Friend who’s had both knees done says following the exercise and physio regime that’s recommended for you is the key to a good recovery.
Good luck, hope you’re up and dancing soon.
