Illegal Cassette dumper

Shirl just showed me this on faceless.
This afternoon this joker emptied his cassette on the tarmac of Scarborough Harbour carpark.... Then reversed over most of it to hide it.
Even throwing it over the wall wouldn't be acceptable but probably better.

Pointless reporting it, they would simply deny it and without the original photographer coming forward to give a witness statement the council would do nothing.
And being Sunday it could only be reported electronically and God knows how many 'more urgent' matters are in a queue.

The town does have CCTV but whether it extends as far as the fish pier is unknown.

Sorry, I read it as Shirl had witnessed it, obviously not.
However, as bad as the offence is, it's just as bad that whoever witnessed it did nothing about it other than post it on a social media site. The ' I don't want to get involved' culture is to blame for a lot of people 'getting away with it' in my opinion.

Hopefully the photographer took photos of him in the act and not just assuming this guy done it, by no way am I defending this but before pasted all over SM I hope they have factual evidence.

Whether there is further evidence I don't know. I believe the photographer did witness the dumping but unless they are prepared to give a statement nothing can or will be done.
Without their statement it's just assumption......unless it is on CCTV

Unless you actually saw them-do it who’s to say some other dirty sod dumped it next to that van ?
Can you imagine being parked up and coming back to your van after a walk down the front , with all that next to it. Everyone thinking you did it ?

I believe the photographer witnessed it.
Looking at the low wall there are gaps underneath to allow wave over topping to run back to the sea. Too obvious holding a cassette at arms length so they probably hoped it would run through the gap.... Shit doesn't roll unless it's pushed. You can see turds spread all over.

Ok I used the word several instead of once but where is the proof this guy done it, so the photographer stands for about 5 minutes watching it happen then decides to take a photo that proves nothing.

I passed a guy walking his dog today and 100 yards down the street saw a dog shit, should I take a photo of the guy and post it all over FB.

So witnesses watch and done nothing apart from take photos of the aftermath

If I’d seen a pic of the guy emptying his loo then the same guy sitting in the drivers seat reversing over it only the once I’d have called the police not stuck a photo on FB.

What do you think I’m hiding, not once have I got personal with you on this post but because I disagree with posting pointless photos you think I’m hiding something.
