identification of this rubber please

looking to get these rubber/plasticy things in a different colour as i'm painting all cupboards, they sit on the cupboard and the door closes onto them, they stop the cupboards from rattling but i can't find any online as i don't know what they are called.
if i can't get a replacement i'll just use a neoprene strip or something similar but thought i'd ask here first.
the motorhome is a 1996 kontiki if that is any help.

Would window/door draught excluder work ? They come in several colours and textures.

yeah i've just ordered some in white, had no joy finding the same as what was on there so got some of this to try.
