I have been on the road since December 2011. In France mainly, wilding it with the odd visit to a campsite for laundry etc. Been relying on my HTC sensation phone + Vodafone Data Roamer for communication and Sat Nav (co pilot). No problems, in fact brilliant, until a few days ago near Perpignan when phone became terminally defunct and won't even switch on.
Hmmmph! Back to maps and McDonalds wi fi.
My questions are - 1 - is there any chance of getting it repaired in France?
2 - where does one go to get a cheap unlocked mobile in France?

Try one of the big supermarkets ie Auchan or Leclerc :thumb:

If you google "HTC sensation phone problem" you'll get a load of hits. Maybe better to move on than spend a lot repairing it.

There are a few independent stores. Normally in the little shops outside the big supermarkets. They might help on both counts.
