Hymer door lock broken (1 Viewer)

After breaking the key off in the hab door lock I removed the bit and tried the spare key but it is obvious that the barrel is dodgy and it will not lock. I spoke to Armytwowheels at Saltfleet about replacing the barrel but in order to get a new barrel I need to get it out and identify type and length. Have any other hymer owners done this before and how is it done. Model is Hymer 680 starline year 2000 like this:

My van is 680 starline year 2000 as well, looks different at rear end tho as in locker size and window. Will have a look at locks tomorrow and see if i can work out how you do it .

Try the guy at Brownhills parts, he's really on the ball.

I broke one of my keys, left half in the lock, and then butchered it.

I got a new barrel based on the number on the key, and got a spare barrel as well, just in case.

Not particularly cheap, but a lot better than being told I need to have a barrel with a different key.

Had a good look at my door lock , couldn't see how they come out . Did some reading online it seems you need a barrel removal key . Sorry i cant be of any more help.
