The key fob, which used to allow remote locking of our Bailey 620, has stopped working. Van’s central locking works fine using both the lock button on the dash and when using the Gemini alarm fob.
Changed the battery in the Peugeot fob and tried various ‘reset’ procedures such as pressing the lock button for 10 seconds whilst the key is in the ignition and turned on (not engine starting) but no joy.
I’m assuming the fob is working but wonder if there’s a way I can test it. I remember on old infra-red remotes you could test them using your mobile phone’s camera but I don’t know how to test this type of remote.
